The project concludes with the installation of an exposed aggregate pool liner, ensuring a durable, slip-resistant finish compliant with ASTM C1028 standards. All work must adhere to Unified Facilities Criteria, the International Building and Plumbing Codes, the National Electrical Code, and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Historic Preservation, as the facility lies within a National Landmark Historic District. The contractor must provide detailed as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and test reports for all systems, including hydrostatic, operational, and insulation resistance tests, and ensure 60% waste diversion from landfills through responsible scrap management. All bidders must be currently registered in the System for Award Management with a valid Unique Entity ID and must comply with strict safety and quality control requirements, including adherence to OSHA, Army Corps EM 385-1-1, and AR 385-10 standards. A Site-Specific Safety Plan must be submitted as the first contract submittal, and all personnel must wear clearly visible ID badges on-site. The contractor is required to assign a dedicated Project Manager as the primary liaison and submit daily quality control inspection reports.
