Full Description

The synopsis of the original contract (posted under R15PS00114) did not fully describe the option in accordance with FAR 5.207. Therefore this option is now being synopsized before exercising any options in accordance with FAR 17.207. On September 1, 2015, the Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, awarded a contract for a Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to implement, manage, and operate a photography and merchandise sales operation for Hoover Dam. Selection procedures were conducted in accordance to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting contract is a firm-fixed price type contract with a base year and four option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 541921. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $7.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. This procurement was advertised as unrestricted for full and open competition. Offers were accepted from all responsive and responsible business concerns. Prospective contractors were required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the award of the contract (for more information regarding registering in SAM, please visit www.sam.gov.).
