The purpose of amendment 03 is to provide answers to the following questions received from Industry: 1. Question: For the opportunities marked for the OASIS contract, will you please confirm which, if any, are coming to OASIS Small Business (rather than OASIS Unrestricted)? Answer: The Government's decision to utilize OASIS Small Business or OASIS Unrestricted will be based upon the results of market research. Responses to this RFI will be used as market research to refine the future S3I contractual approach and develop the acquisition strategy to satisfy potential requirements. Industry will be notified of the Government's intent once the PWS and acquisition strategy for these requirements are finalized. 2. Question: Are the RFI responses limited to 10 pages per each PWS? Answer: Yes, the response is limited to 10 pages per PWS requirement.
