T-7A Conference Hoteling

The United States Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for T-7A Conference Hoteling services to The Boeing Company under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. The primary objective of this contract is to provide real-time assistance from T-7 system experts via telephone during in-flight emergencies, ensuring compliance with AFI 11-418 and its AETC supplement. The scope of expertise required covers general aircraft, avionics, electrical systems, flight technologies, engines, propulsion integration, fuel, and structures. The anticipated award date is March 31, 2027, with a period of performance consisting of a one-year base period and four option years. While the government has identified Boeing as the sole responsible source capable of meeting the requirements, it is accepting unclassified capability statements from other sources for 10 days following the notice issuance. To be considered, respondents must demonstrate experience with complex aircraft systems, in-depth technical knowledge of T-7 subsystems, and the ability to acquire necessary engineering data and government support. The contract is managed by the Department of Defense at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, with no set-asides currently applied.
