T -- Challenge and Jump Start Brochures

This contract involves the printing of two distinct brochures that share the same specifications but differ in printing details. Each brochure version requires 1,500,000 copies to be printed using a four-color process plus a special fifth color in gold, alongside a clear varnish finish. The final product will measure 19-3/4 by 8-1/2 inches, folded down to 4 by 8-1/2 inches. The material used is an 80-pound white #1 dull coated cover paper. The process also includes scoring on all folds and the addition of horizontal and vertical perforations to create a tear-out business reply card. The finished brochures must be shrink-wrapped in bundles of 25 and packed into cartons for delivery. Proofs are required, and the printing disk will be supplied. Bidders must cover delivery costs to Fort Knox, Kentucky. The specifications for the project have not yet been drafted, and interested bidders need to request a bid package by faxing a formal request on their firm's letterhead to a specified number. Each bidder must obtain a complete bid package prior to submitting a quotation.
