Official photography services to include but not limited to public affairs, documentary or historical, investigative and mission essential in accordance with commercial standards. Manage audiovisual presentation equipment for temporay use on a sign out bases to base users. Service shall be accomplished in a secure and timely manner at McChord AFB, WA.
