(a) This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Transport Canada (the "Client") for Licensed Product(s) Subscription Services to access Origin/Destination Passenger Data (hereafter referred to as “the data services solution”). The data services solution must be accessible by Client Users inclusively meeting all the technical mandatory requirements of the Annex A, Statement of Work. (b) The bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of a contract from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023, plus four (4) option periods of one year each, allowing the Client to extend the term of the contract.
