Tables and Chairs

This solicitation, issued by Broward County, is a fixed purchase for the provision of tables and chairs to support the Parks and Recreation Division. The contract is structured to allow for definite, open-end/indefinite, or all-county requirements, with the award being granted to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor based on net cost. Vendors are required to provide firm pricing that includes all handling, setup, shipping, and inside delivery charges, as all goods must be delivered F.O.B. Destination. Submissions must include a completed Vendor Questionnaire covering legal business details, certifications, and compliance with various state and local regulations, such as non-collusion and drug-free workplace programs. While the County requires specific insurance coverages, no proof of insurance is required if delivery is made via a common carrier. Additionally, all products must comply with federal and state standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), OSHA safety requirements, and, if applicable, WCAG 2.2 Level AA for digital deliverables. The County is a public agency subject to Florida's public records laws, and all submitted materials are considered public unless specifically labeled as restricted.
