This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Service Commission (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. It is intended to result in the award of up to three (3) contract(s), each for one (1) year plus four (4) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contracts. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Objective: The objective of this requirement for the experts in the Governance to provide advice, expertise and support in order to support business analysts, business stakeholders and the PSC’s Applications Development team. Requirement: This requirement is for one (1) Level 3 – Senior Programmer Analyst and /or one (1) Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to provide their expertise on an “As and When Required” basis, Task Authorization Contract.
