The Internal Revenue Service, through its Correspondence Production Services in Detroit, Michigan, is seeking to purchase 75 Tecnau 18-inch roll carts under a firm-fixed price Request for Quote solicitation numbered TecnauRollcart2026. These carts are essential for safely transporting 1,000-pound paper rolls from pallets to Ricoh high-speed inkjet press unwinders at IRS facilities, eliminating manual lifting and preventing roll damage by keeping them off the floor. Each cart must meet exact specifications: 37 inches high by 43.5 inches long by 22 inches wide, weigh no more than 90 pounds, accommodate rolls up to 17 inches wide and 50 inches in diameter, and feature both automatic and manual braking systems for operator safety.
