The Department of National Defence is soliciting bids for the procurement of ten pressure gauge testers, specifically part number 3566-1-1 under NSN 21-898-1768. The requirement is for delivery to 25 CFSD Montreal by March 31, 2027. Bidders may propose equivalent or substitute products provided they include the brand name, model, part number, and NCAGE. The award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method, where the contract is granted to the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price. The contract is governed by the laws of Ontario and follows the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions Manual, specifically General Conditions 2010A for medium complexity goods. Delivery is established as Free Carrier (FCA) at the contractor's location, with final acceptance occurring at the Montreal destination. Strict adherence to Canadian Forces packaging, marking, and labeling standards is required, including compliance with D-LM-008-036/SF-000 and D2000C/D2001C specifications. Bidders must provide mandatory certifications, including a CAGE code and confirmation that they are not on the Federal Contractors Program Limited Eligibility to Bid list.
