The Contractor shall work directly with the Good Samaritan Society (GSS) and must have the necessary licenses, qualifications and experiences to offer the services as described. The purpose of these services is to inspect, sample and test sufficient members, details, procedures and materials to confirm that the structural work is proceeding in general accordance with Contract requirements as described in the attached specifications.
