Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal 57-47091-26-FA (RLP) for leashold interest in real property for general-purpose office and related space in Mountain City, Johnson County, Tennessee. The RLP contains all leasing requirements and specifications.
All offers must be submitted not later than the due time and date established in the RLP. Any offers received beyond this date are subject to rejection.
Unsolicted offers must confirm they are within the delineated Area of Performance and not within a floodplain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer.
RLP Amendment number 2 hereby terminates the previous 57-47091-23-FA (RLP) package and RLP Amendment number 1 are in their entirety. The attached RLP Amendment number 2 shall only be completed and returned by any offerors who responded to RLP 57-47091-23-FA.
