This is not a solicitation or request for offers.


Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.


USDA Forest Service, White Mountain National Forest intends to award a sole source award to IBK Government Group, to deliver Title Work and Closing services.


This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.


Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by May 21st, 2026, at 0800 (ET).


This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.


The small business size standard is small business.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
