Southern Oregon University is soliciting quotes under RFQ 2027-01 for a professional service provider to handle the printing and distribution of official transcripts and diplomas. The scope of work includes the production of approximately 1,200 custom diplomas annually, standard-sized official transcripts, and the provision of secured PDF digital diplomas and digital badges for student professional portfolios. A critical technical requirement is the integration of the vendor's system with Workday for student credential data. The anticipated contract term is three years, with a university option to extend for an additional two years, totaling a potential five-year period.
