The 60th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) requires an HVAC Air Handler Replacement. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly remove and replace the existing Carrier air handler with a new air handling unit (estimated 3,500 CFM capacity) to meet the desired heating and cooling load requirements. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) contains a comprehensive description of the requirement.
• A site visit will be held. Interested parties planning to attend should arrive at the following address prior to the scheduled time of 10:00 AM PDT on 21 May 2026: 350 Hangar Avenue, Bldg 549, Travis AFB, CA 94535.
• To facilitate base access for the site visit, please provide the following information for all attendees: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number (SSN). This information must be submitted no later than 18 May 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.
• All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to both Points of Contact no later than 27 May 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT. Any inquiries submitted past this deadline will not be accepted.
