TREE REMOVAL
Special Instructions: All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Home is a 4-bed 3 bath, brick home approx. 2500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab Case Manager-Ferne Gunn 580-380-3229. Inspector- Phillip Hotella at 580-579-5100. All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
