The scope of work includes managing committee meeting preparations such as announcements and minutes, overseeing the entire lifecycle of child and eldercare reimbursement applications from distribution to the drafting of approval or denial letters, acting as a liaison with Child Care Resource and Referral contractors, and promoting the benefit through communications and benefit fairs. The solicitation, posted on October 26, 2026, requires electronic submissions by November 13, 2026, in a single searchable PDF. ****Beginning of Amendment 0005**** The purpose of this amendment is to answer this question: Question 5: Can the government provide more information on the size (or projected size) of the grants database application and server requirements? Answer 5 Identified TSNRP grant database server requirements are based on current network environment requirements for the Grants Database and Grant Application System. The current environment provides two dedicated servers, each with their own IP address, at two physically separate locations. The primary machine provides real time Grants Database access and functionality under normal conditions. The secondary machine is a real-time mirror of the primary in event of an outage of the primary. Each of these machines is subject to hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly backup services to a third, remote location. 1. Linux Kernel 3.2.0 (running Debian 7.4) 2. 2x AMD Opteron Processor 4276HE (2.6GHz, 8C, Turbo CORE) 3. 16 GB Ram 4. 200 GB Disk Space (RAID 6) Software Requirements: 1. Perl v5.10 or Later 2. Additional Non-core Perl Modules, Including: * Crypt::SaltedHash * Date::Calc * DBD::Pg * DBI * JSON::XS * Spreadsheet::WriteExcel 3. Apache HTTP Server v2.2 or Later 4. Apache HTTP Server mod_ssl 5. A valid SSL server certificate 6. Exim 4.0 or Later (or comparable MTA) 7. PostgreSQL v9.0 or later This list represents the bare minimum needed to recreate the applications' current software and hardware requirements. ****End of Amendment 0005****
