Human Resources Services Stream: 1.5 Compensations Consultant, Junior The requirement is intended to result in the award of: one (1) contract. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: All qualified SA Holders have been invited to bid. Description of the Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) through the Director Human Resources Business Management (DHRBM) and the Director Military Pay and Allowances Processing (DMPAP) have a requirement for ten (10) Compensation Consultants to provide compensation services to support the Sea Duty Allowance (SDA)/Sub-Marine Allowance (SUBA) and Hardship (HA)/Hardship Bonus (HAB) Allowance Project. Level of Security Requirement: a) Company Minimum Security Level Required: Must hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS). b) Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Each resource must hold a valid Reliability Status clearance.
