NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California, will receive electronic sealed Bids for the following work: Project Title project. The City Clerk of the City of Modesto, California, will accept all required bid forms electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal prior to Response Submission Date and before Response Submission Time , in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Project Title project. The bid security, if being sent by mail, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and filed with the City Clerk, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 6600, Modesto, California 95354, (Mailing Address: P.O.
