The NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center, San Diego, CA, Port Hueneme Office, intends to solicit offers for instructor services which will directly support the Naval Construction Training Center (NAVCONSTRACEN). NAVCONSTRACEN is responsible for providing instructor services in the disciplines of Seabee Project Planning and Execution, Construction Mechanic, General Construction and Steelworker. It is anticipated that a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance based contract will be awarded with a one year base and three one-year options. This proposed procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 15 and 19. Request for Proposal N00244-15-R-0032 will only be available in electronic format; it will be posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror’s inability to access the document posted on the referenced website.
