Full Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Pearson Education Inc., 1 Lake St, Upper Saddle River, NJ 075048-1813 under the authority of FAR 6.302. The requirement is for an estimated quantity of 6000 Miller Analogies Test (MAT) for cadets attending Cadet Summer Training (CST) during the period of 8 June - 30 September 2015. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice are due not later than 11: 00 AM, 2 June.
