These services are anticipated to be available for renovations and remodels, infrastructure upgrades, seismic improvements, and utility and site developments for a specific list of projects that has yet to be determined. The University may select up to two consultants to provide services for non-project-specific assignments. Each consultant selected will perform work under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the University, with authorizations for specific assignments from UCLA Health as necessary over the term of the agreement, which may be up to 3 years, with an option to extend for up to an additional 3-year term. The scope of services may vary based on the detailed requirements of each assigned task, with appropriate fees negotiated in accordance with UCLA policy at the time of each authorization.
