The Home is soliciting pricing for the installation (labor only) of various ceramic wall and flooring tile materials, self-leveling, grout and water proofing in fifteen (15) bathrooms and, as an add/alternate, installation of various ceramic wall and flooring tile materials, self-leveling, grout and water proofing in one (1) staff bathroom. The Home will supply all materials to complete the project. All project work is subject to New York State prevailing wages and certified payroll submission as per New York State Department of Labor, PRC #2024002560. Award will be based on lowest total pricing. Pricing must be complete to be considered for award. Any missing pricing will disqualify the Contractor.
