The University is inviting solution providers, who provide licensing, implementation, and migration services, with demonstrated experience in providing a cloud-based Museum Collections Management System (CMS), to submit Proposals to the University. We plan to migrate the collections by phases and complete the project in two to three years. The maximum budget for the three (3) year project, including one-time costs and 3 years recurrent costs, is $930,000.00 CAD. It is our intent to issue a contract for up to three (3) years with options for four (4) three (3) year extensions upon mutual agreement.
