Produce Consortium -Small Specialty Farming Produce w University of Vermont Studies of Foodborne Pathogens in Small Specialty Farms This allocation will allow collection of soil and amendment samples from produce farms located in the Northeast region of the United States and samples submitted for sequencing and research to include various foodborne pathogens, and environmental sampling including soil and amendments. The samples collected will be used to study risk of on pathogens prevalence in produce. The results of the sample collected will be sent to OAMT for sequencing and further analysis
