UP 23-02 VB Edge, LLC (Galarza) - Ohm Road

This project involves the construction of a Small Fixed Wireless Facility in Tehama County, California, managed by VB Edge, LLC. The facility will feature five communication structures, each approximately 11 feet 5 inches tall, equipped with 8-foot diameter antenna dishes that automatically orient toward satellites. Supporting infrastructure includes raised concrete equipment pads, a utility backboard, and metered utility service. To ensure security and safety, the telecom structures will be enclosed by a 10-foot corrugated metal fence, while utilities will be housed within a separate chain-link fence with slats. The development will impact approximately 0.4 acres of land, with total onsite impervious surfaces remaining under 300 square feet. Site modifications include the installation of an access driveway over a new culvert with headwalls, a concrete swale for drainage, and utility trenching extending east from the complex. These alterations are designed to slightly modify the existing drainage channel adjacent to Ohm Road while avoiding nearby ephemeral drainage. The project is coordinated through Tehama County planning and involves leadership from Vertical Bridge and D4 Communications.
