The Department of Health and Human Services, through the Omas Strategic Buying Center - Information Technology, is conducting a sources sought notice for the upgrade of Data Ray D3 interfaces to the D4 platform on Zebra printers at the Pine Ridge Service Unit and Cheyenne River Health Center in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. This effort seeks market input from Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under a Buy Indian Set-Aside, with NAICS code 541511 for custom computer programming services. The objective includes upgrading thirty-one existing D3 interfaces to D4, replacing fifteen Zebra ZD421HC healthcare printers with new units configured for RPMS-compatible wristband and medication labeling, and providing a one-year Managed Services Agreement for 24/7 remote technical support, proactive monitoring, software patches, and cybersecurity compliance. All work must adhere to IHS, HHS, and FISMA standards, with strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information, and only new, non-counterfeit equipment may be used. The period of performance, if awarded, would run from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with on-site work required at specific Indian Health Service facilities and remote support available otherwise.
