URFP 2027-06-ADM-On-Call Professional Engineering Services for Small Projects

The County of Frederick, Virginia, issued Unsealed Request for Proposals URFP 2027-06-ADM to establish one or more on-call contracts with qualified engineering firms for professional services on small projects. The scope of work includes planning, investigation, evaluation, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and project closeout across various disciplines, including general engineering, MEP services, and specialized fields such as structural, civil, geotechnical, and surveying. Each individual project authorized via Task Order is capped at an aggregate cost of 80,000 dollars. The contract features an initial one-year term with up to four optional renewals, provided the County requests renewal in writing at least 90 days before the initial term expires. For projects exceeding 50,000 dollars involving real property improvement, performance and payment bonds are required. Payment terms are Net 45 Days, with options for ACH or purchasing card payments.
