Full Description

The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North America Industry Classification System Code is 721310 Transportation/Travel/Relocation - Motor Pool and Packing/Crating, the Size Standard is 8.0 Million Dollars. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via- e-mail. Request must include company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number NAICS code, applicable business size and Tax ID number. NOTE: TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION. Mandatory terms and conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR and DFAR clause will apply to the anticipated award wherever applicable. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to issue a sole source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to St. John's College, 60 College Ave, Annapolis, MD21401-1687 USA
