Offers are due Tuesday, 22 September. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) HQ/Mission Support Battalion (UMSB) Library has a requirement for an in-depth Congressional Reporting Service that tracks every manner of Congressional activity, both current and historical, and that also includes biographical and up-to-date information on members of Congress and their staff.  This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to ensure the quote has been received by the contracting office via email; include “W912HQ26QA034” in subject. Fax quotes will not be accepted. Late quotes will be processed in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(c) “Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers.” Upon receipt of the electronic offer, the Government will acknowledge receipt of that offer via email to the Offeror.
