12 JUNE 2026 UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate key administrative and technical updates to Solicitation W912PF26RA001 as detailed below:
1. Questions and Answers (Q&A): Incorporate the formal Government responses to industry inquiries. The official Q&A Register is hereby attached and incorporated into the solicitation.
2. Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Version Dated 07 June 2026 : Provide an updated PWS to incorporate the administrative and technical changes documented in the attached Q&A Register.
3. Attachment 2 - Price Workbook: Provide an updated Price Workbook to incorporate the changes documented in the attached Q&A Register. Offerors must utilize the revised Attachment 2 - Price Workbook (Amendment 0001) for proposal submission.
4. Proposal Submission Deadline Extension: The deadline for the submission of proposals is hereby extended: FROM: 22 June 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) TO: 08 July 2026 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0001 with their proposal submission.
01 JUNE 2026 UPDATE: Offerors are directed to RFP section L.2.1 to clarify the process and deadline for submitting RFP questions and comments. To be explicit, RFP questions are required to be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, and are due date no later than 14:00 CET on 3 June. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed. Email confirmation to the RFP POC's to ensure USG receipt of RFP questions is encouraged.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide armed security personnel employed under this contract to provide installation access control, roving security patrols, electronic security systems (CCTV) monitoring of the access control points (ACP), entry control points (ECP), pass and badgecontrol, vehicle inspections, static security, or any other security related function(s) associated with the protection of U.S. Government installations, materials, property, and personnel. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
