This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2021-05 (March, 2021) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Quotations should be written and submitted in a legible format. Quotes must contain the contractor's EUID Number. Quotes must be received no later than August 30 , 2022 at 8:00 am (EST). Quotes must be emailed to contact@example.gov ***PLEASE SEE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTATION AND BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION JOTFOC ATTACHED*** EVALUATION: Award may be made without discussions unless the Contracting Officer determines discussions are necessary. Award will be made using the Best value evaluatuion method under FAR 13 simplifiied aquisition procedures (SAP) The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. FOB destination is required This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2022.
