All work will be done at the CONTRACTOR'S CERTIFIED FACILITY. This contract is geographically restricted to the United States West Cost San Francisco Bay and South. The performance periods will be as follows: (1) USCGC SEA OTTER forty-four (44) calendar days with a start date on or about 06 July 2011 through 19 August 2011; (2) USCGC PIKE forty-four (44) calendar days with a start date on or about 24 August 2011 through 07 October 2011. Work items include and are not limited to: Modify and preserve the forepeak; Remove, Inspect and Re-install Propulsion Shafts, Propellers and Rudder Assemblies, Preserve main deck surfaces; Preserve Underwater Body 100%; Preserve Freeboard. On or about 15 April 2011, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This will be a Total Small Business Set-aside procurement.
