Full Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to award a contract to provide USDA Commodity Cheese Processing (110244) for Single Service Nacho Cheese Dip Cups for the Child Nutrition Department according to the attached specifications and documents.
Bids will only be accepted from processors who have been approved by the State of Utah Child Nutrition office to process in Utah.
Federal funds will be used for this contract.
Granite School District (GSD) reserves the right to determine if alternative or substitute products meet the required specifications and school needs.
Contract Term: The contract will begin at time of award for one year with option of (4) one year renewals, if agreeable to both parties.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor meeting requirements.
