This is a Firm-Fixed-Price Request for Quotation issued by the United States Forest Service under solicitation number 12444026Q0099 for mowing services at the Lee Ranger District Administrative Site in Edinburg, Virginia. The base performance period runs from July 10, 2026, to April 14, 2027, with four one-year options extending through April 14, 2031, and the government may extend any period by up to six months under FAR 52.217-8. Mowing must be performed to a height of no more than three inches with no uncut strips, equipment must not damage turf or create wheel rutting on wet ground, and all damage to government property must be repaired at the contractor’s expense.
