USDA_FS Janitorial Service & Trash Removal w/ Grounds Policing at the Winding Stair Recreation Site on the Oklahoma Ranger District

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for janitorial services, trash removal, and grounds policing at the Winding Stair Recreation Site in Hodgen, Oklahoma, under the U.S. Forest Service’s Oklahoma Ranger District. The contract has a base year running from August 7, 2026, through August 6, 2027, with two option years extending through August 6, 2029, and the government may also exercise a six-month service extension under FAR 52.217-8 or extend the full term of the contract up to five years total under FAR 52.217-9.
