PURPOSE: UW Medicine is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Bidders to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), preventative maintenance, repairs and related services at the Hospitals. ISSUED BY: UW Medicine Supply Chain, Seattle, WA. PARTICIPATING ENTITIES: Harborview Medical Center and its Associated Clinics, University of Washington Medical Center, operating at two separate campuses, Montlake and Northwest, and its Associated Clinics PROPOSAL DUE DATE: September 04, 2026 LATE OR INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED Proposals can be submitted on or before the due date. Zip Files or password protected documents will not be accepted. See Section 2.7 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION for full details.
