Vape Detection and Building Safety Provisions VOR Refresh

Supply Ontario is seeking to establish multiple Master Agreements with qualified vendors to supply vape detection systems and broader building safety provisions to all Ontario Public School Boards and provincial schools. The initial term of the agreements is one year with the potential for a three-year extension, plus an optional one-year extension, allowing for long-term procurement flexibility. Vendors must be manufacturers or authorized resellers of non-audio, non-video vape detection devices and associated accessories or services, as well as complementary safety equipment such as security cameras, motion sensors, safety lighting, access control systems, and related signage. Installation, training, and ongoing maintenance services may be required as part of the vendor’s obligations. While the primary users are educational institutions, other entities within Ontario’s broader public sector may also opt to utilize the agreements. The solicitation, titled Vape Detection and Building Safety Provisions VOR Refresh, is open for responses until June 9, 2026, with Monruthai Sukthavorn serving as the primary point of contact for contracting inquiries.
