The Vancouver Coastal Health Authority is seeking expressions of interest for the Totem Lodge Redevelopment Project located at 5544 Sunshine Coast Hwy in Sechelt, British Columbia. This project involves the renovation of a 1,606 square meter single-storey long-term care facility to support approximately 35 patients. The scope of work includes interior renovations, reinstatement of finishes, partial room and space reconfiguration, minor exterior and roof modifications, and essential upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
