The United State Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Ashley National Forest, Vernal Ranger District and Uintah Interagency Fire Dispatch also known as Vernal Area Facilities house the Forest Supervisor office staff, Vernal Ranger District office staff, the Uintah Basin Interagency Fire Dispatch Center staff and Vernal Warehouse offices restrooms have a need for janitorial services. See Attachment 2 – Statement of Work for a complete list of requirements.


Site Visit – NOT MANDATORY, A site visit is scheduled for June 29th, 2026 at 10:00 AM MT. Interested vendors shall meet the COR at the Vernal Area Facilities located at 355 North Vernal Avenue, Vernal, UT 84078-2003 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address), which will be posted in the question and answer amendment.


Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
