Vortex Aquatic Structures International — Aquatic Play Solutions and Cooling Solutions

Vortex USA Inc., doing business as Vortex Aquatic Structures International, has entered into a four-year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity master agreement with Sourcewell, a Minnesota service cooperative. This contract, identified as 101625-VOR, establishes a cooperative purchasing solution for playground, water play, aquatic equipment, site amenities, and outdoor fitness equipment, including related accessories and services. The agreement is designed for use by thousands of governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada, with a projected expiration date of December 17, 2029, and potential extensions up to seven years.
