OPWDD’s Broome DDSO is soliciting quotes for Repair or Replacement of Cathodic Protection on the Heating water system at our Valley Ridge CIT Located at: 276 County Road 46 Norwich NY. The Vendor will be responsible for attending the mandatory site visit taking place on. November 9th, 2026 @ 9:00am at the site location prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached documents and submit your quote using the Official Bid Form (attached) to contact@example.gov no later than 5:00pm on 11/16/26. Reminders: This is a Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid. · Vendors/sub-contractors must be registered with NYS Dept of Labor to submit a quote. A copy of the certificate is to be sent to us with your quote. Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. In deciding whether to submit a quote, please be aware the awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work. The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. Please be prepared to submit these in a timely fashion. The Broome DDSO will make no concessions to the vendor for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, or other condition. The Broome DDSO’s interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding. In the event of a tie, contract will be awarded to the Contractor whose bid was received earliest.
