The 921st Contracting Battalion at Wheeler Army Airfield in Hawaii is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of delivering Base Life Support, Catering, Transportation, Material Handling Equipment, and Line Haul Transportation services on Tinian in support of the VS26 training exercise scheduled for May 31 to July 10, 2026, accommodating up to 250 personnel.
