Full Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 15 Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), on behalf of the Kansas City VA Medical Center (VAMC), plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the lease of a mobile GE CT Scanner 64 slice. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 334510 and the Classification code is W065. The suggested Vendor is Salvadorini Consulting LLC. 111 Linden Lane, Lexington, North Carolina. Requested items consist of 1 (2) Month Base Period with 3 additional (1) month options for a total of 5 months. The Kansas City GE CT Scanner is currently down waiting repairs. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 am CDT, June 9th 2017 to contact@example.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
