Full Description

Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, through the Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a Sole-Source Purchase orders to Pinnacle Towers, Inc. LLC, 301 North Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, FL, 34232-6430, for antenna site space at the following locations: Meadow Lakes, Fresno, CA Tower Site, Lease # 169318; Rooftop of Preston Tower, Dallas TX Lease # 169317; Rooftop Chemical Bank, 277 Park Ave, NYC, NY, Lease # 169652; Anders Boulevard, Jacksonville FL, Lease # 169320; Wynmoor Tower, E. Mermaid Lane, Montgomery, PA, Lease # 1698382 . The purchase orders will be issued as a base plus four option periods. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these towers, no other locations are acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Substitutions will not be accepted. This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5. The notice of intent is not a request for quote. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all written responses received no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT, October 1, 2007. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Pinnacle Towers, Inc. LLC. Note 22 applies.
