It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract. Numbered Note 22 applies to this notice. This agency intends to award a purchase order to Cardinal Health 301, Inc., 3750 Torrey View Court, San Diego, CA 92130-2622. 6 MDG requires the following: - PYXIS Pharmacy and Clinic Dispensing System Lease, QTY 12 MOS. - PYXIS Pharmacy and Clinic Dispensing System Maintenance to include telephone assistance and on-site PYXIS technician support, QTY 12 MOS. A contract for PYXIS Lease and Maintenance will be awarded to Cardinal Health 301, Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. The purchase of PYXIS Lease and Maintenance must be done through Cardinal Health 301, Inc. because they are the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Equipment has been in place for since 2004 and it would not be cost effective to replace at this time. This will be the last year for the lease of this equipment. Market research was conducted for the purchase of PYXIS Lease and Maintenance and Cardinal Health 301, Inc. is the only contractor found able to supply this service as we require.
