All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 11 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The full Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Business Network account and you have filled out your Government of Canada profile. 1.There is a mandatory Site visit within the requirements detailed in the RFP. 2.The Department of National Defence requires janitorial cleaning services for all areas of CFB North Bay, including satellite locations, on a regular and as-needed basis. 3.The period of the Contract is from March 1st 2027 to February 28, 2030 inclusive. There are two (2) –1 year options. 4.There is a security requirement associated with this requirement. 5.The bidder must meet all mandatory criteria as detailed in the RFP, Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria. 6. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds. 7. The Buy Canadian Policy applies to this solicitation. Please refer to the RFP for details.
