PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada – Valcartier Research Center, is issuing this Solicitation of offer for the acquisition of Research and Development services to develop a system that provides end-to-end support to analysts conducting predictive analysis and threat anticipation activities in continental defence scenarios. The work is divided in sub-components and meant to iteratively lead to the development of a single platform, integrating several developed tools. To achieve this objective, several studies and gathering efforts will be conducted, along with planning, development, and demonstration activities, located in Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
