All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on April 11th 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the optical design of laser sources used in counter-measure (CM) applications, target designation and target identification, modification of existing laser sources for the applications, testing of laser sources in a controlled and safe environment and development of simulation tools for laser propagation and interaction for Valcartier Research Center, as detailed in Annex A.
